Genesis 4 Stroke

At the heart of every SR Viper is our powerful and proven, 1049cc 3-cylinder engine. And let's just say, it won't be the only thing racing when you crack the throttle. Thanks to a lightweight crank for quick revs, instant torque thrust and linear acceleration through the entire power band, when you ride a Viper, you'll know why we call it a beast.

Fuel Injection

Advanced electronic control delivers fuel via three 41mm throttle bodies, resulting in razor-sharp throttle response from idle to the very top of the rev range.

Legendary Yamaha Clutching

All SR Vipers roll with the legendary Yamaha YVXC clutching. Easily the most reliable and durable clutch system in the industry, the YVXC knows how to throw power to the snow.

Side exit exhaust

Just one listen to the sport-tuned, 3-into-1 exhaust and you’ll realize – it’s not the weather giving you chills. And with the exhaust up front, mass is centralized helping to deliver balanced, predictable handling.

Hayes® brake system

A race-inspired, radial master cylinder, driveshaft-mounted hydraulic braking system with an 8-inch disc ensures that coming to stop won’t induce as much excitement as speeding up.

SRV Chassis

Aluminum construction with load-bearing, triangulated design helps keep weight low, and strength high. The result is a balanced ride with razor sharp agility and the dynamics to fit a variety of riding styles.

SRV Front suspension

Race-inspired geometry is aimed at managing spindle camber, resulting in minimized bumpsteer, maximized cornering bite and rider confidence in varying trail conditions. Lightweight aluminum spindles are forged to add strength, with height that allows for wide A-arm spacing, helping to reduce flex and transfer force evenly throughout the chassis.

Convenient handlebar positioning makes getting in reverse easy with just the push of your thumb.

Digital gauge

Full-featured and easy to read, the digital gauge displays critical information in a glance including speed, fuel level, trip mileage, tach and more. We even included a clock so you can watch the time fly.

SR Viper RTX SE

To add to its already piercing good looks, the RTX SE comes with an aggressive trail suspension, massive grip from the rear track and swift acceleration courtesy of the 3-cylinder Genesis engine. After all, just because it can turn heads, doesn’t mean it should only do it standing still.

  • Track - 129-inch Camoplast® Rip Saw™ II track puts a bite on the snow for hard acceleration and braking, while still letting the Viper RTX SE side slip through the tight corners.
  • Rear suspension - All-new Dual Shock SR 129 delivers 13.5 inches of performance-tuned travel and can be fine-tuned to your riding preferences. The slotted front-arm mount design keeps the track planted for maximum grip under full throttle or full braking.
